Main features
The machine tool adopts a numerical control system for control, vertical multi-axis U-drilling for drilling holes, which is simple and fast to operate. Once clamped, it can achieve the process of simultaneously drilling multiple holes distributed evenly on the flange, and the machining speed is fast, the efficiency is high, and it saves labor.
The machine tool uses a U-drill for drilling, with high speed and high feed rate, resulting in high machining efficiency. During the machining process, the machine tool's CNC system controls the automatic feed.
The drilling head adopts a multi-axis structure, and the holes on the flange can be processed simultaneously in one go. The efficiency of processing the same type of flange is (number of holes X 1.5) times the efficiency of general-purpose equipment, and one person can operate at least 3 dedicated machines.
High uniformity in processing dimensions: This machine tool fully utilizes a numerical control system for control, requiring only one tool setting to repeatedly process workpieces of the same model, thereby enhancing the uniformity of dimensions.
Easy to operate: The dedicated machine is controlled by a CNC system, and those with CNC experience or a basic understanding of machine tool processing can learn to operate it in no time.
